OrnateTech 1-Year Replacement Warranty
At OrnateTech, I take immense pride in the design, durability, and quality of my 3D-printed products. I build them to last, which is why I confidently stand behind every single item I sell.
If your item breaks within one year of purchase, I will replace it completely free of charge. No hassle, no interrogation—just a fast replacement so you can get back to enjoying your product.
How to Claim Your Free Replacement
To get your replacement shipped out as quickly as possible, simply follow these three steps:
Snap a Photo: Take a clear picture of the broken item.
Find Your Receipt: Locate your original order number or a screenshot of your digital receipt/invoice. (It doesn't matter which website or marketplace you originally purchased it from, as long as it's an official OrnateTech store).
Send a Message: Email the photo and your order number to matthew@ornatetech.us with the subject line "Warranty Claim - [Your Order Number]".
That's it! Once I receive your photo and order number, your free replacement will be shipped out the very next business day.
The Fine Print (Terms & Conditions)
To keep things fair and simple, here are the standard terms of this warranty:
Coverage Period: This warranty is valid for 365 days from the original date of purchase.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or invoice from an authorized OrnateTech storefront is required.
Photographic Proof: An image clearly showing the damage must be provided. I do not require you to ship the broken item back to me.
What is Covered: This covers structural breaks or failures. It does not cover minor cosmetic wear and tear from standard use, or lost/stolen items.
Replacement Limits: The warranty allows for one free replacement per originally purchased item. Replacements are for the exact same model and color as the original purchase.
Shipping: Standard shipping for your replacement item is 100% free.
