A hard shell case built for one job: keeping your New Nintendo 3DS and its games safe when they leave the house. The interior is shaped around this exact console, so it closes with zero movement inside.
Fits: New Nintendo 3DS only (the version with a single center button).
This case does not fit the Old 3DS. The two systems are different sizes. If you have the Old model, you want the Rugged Case for Old 3DS instead.
Protection:

Using a skin or slim shell on your console? The TPU cushion lifts out to fit third-party shells under 2mm thick.

The pictures don't do it justice. My only gripe is that the cartidges don't click into the case, they loosely fit. other than that, looks great and arrived safely.

Got exactly what I wanted, fits DS and 3DS games perfectly with almost no movement. My 3DS XL has a little room to slide but not enough to cause issues. Only gripe is a small part of where the top half meets the bottom seal started to peel after 15 or so closures. Not enough to prevent proper sealing, but could escalate in the future.
